I move amendment No. 251:

In page 138, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following: “(b) conditions requiring the carrying out (whether prior to, during the course of, or subsequent to, the carrying out of the licensable activity the subject of the licence) of any other licensable activity, a related activity or any action or activity relating to the protection or recording of any element of historic heritage including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the doing of anything referred to in section 28(5)(a) to (d);”
