Mr. O'Donnell can appreciate why we, as members of the Committee of Public Accounts, would be very interested in various issues that have arisen, not only at board level but also in respect of the management of various items within the organisation. From where I am sitting, I believe that the overall management of the organisation, which ultimately stops with Mr. O'Donnell as chief executive, points to a litany of issues. As I said at the outset, we would prefer to discuss the external challenges the organisation faces rather than the internal ones, but we are discussing quite a few internal issues today. Would Mr. O'Donnell agree?
