I move amendment No. 201:

In page 93, between lines 13 and 14, to insert the following: "(3) Such licences described in subsection (1)and (2)may not be granted where the granting of such a licence is likely to lead to the destruction or damage to the physical, historical, cultural, or contextual integrity of a national monument.".

Amendment No. 215 is a Government amendment and we are looking to amend the amendment.
