I move amendment No. 180:

In page 75, between lines 19 and 20, to insert the following: “(4) On the same day as notice is given to the Minister in line with subsection (3)(a), the authority shall place a notice in at least a national newspaper and in local media through a local newspaper and/or local radio station where they exist, outlining its intention to transfer its ownership of, or other interest in, a registered monument.”.
