I move amendment No. 123:

In page 50, between lines 2 and 3, to insert the following: “ “Transboundary Convention” means the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary context, done at Espo (Finland), on 25 of February 1991; “Transboundary State” means any other state party to the Transboundary Convention.”.
