I move amendment No. 3:
In page 17, between lines 18 and 19, to insert the following: “(2) Chapter 1of Part 13and the Foreshore Acts 1933 to 2022 may be cited together as the Foreshore Acts 1933 to 2023.
(3) Chapter 3of Part 13and the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2022 may be cited together as the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2023.
(4) Chapter 4of Part 13and the Valuation Acts 2001 to 2020 may be cited together as the Valuation Acts 2001 to 2023.
(5) Chapters 5and 6of Part 13and the Local Government Acts 1925 to 2022 may be cited together as the Local Government Acts 1925 to 2023 and shall be construed together as one.
(6) Chapter 7of Part 13and the Maritime Area Planning Acts 2021 and 2022 may be cited together as the Maritime Area Planning Acts 2021 to 2023 and shall be construed together as one.”.
