I take Senator Carrigy's point. He is suggesting that we carry on through to get planning approval and land acquisition in place and that would not require the bulk of the funding to be provided until such time as the project is at construction as land acquisition can be quite slow.

We would certainly support that view. From our understanding of the progression of projects, to take a project through planning, as we were discussing earlier, can be a very lengthy process. We know there is an expectation that for 2026 to 2030, a significant amount of funding will be made available for the delivery of road projects.
