I move amendment No. 67:

In page 32, lines 30 and 31, to delete all words from and including “(1) The” in line 30 down to and including line 31 and substitute the following: “(1)The licensing authority shall, not later than 3 months after the date of receipt of an application duly made under section 37 or 38, as the case may be, decide to—

(a)grant or refuse to grant, or

(b)renew or refuse to renew,the tutor licence in respect of which the application is made.”.
