I move amendment No. 56:

In page 29, to delete line 8 and substitute the following: “(a) grant the relevant worker licence, with or without conditions attached to it in accordance withsubsection (3)where the relevant worker licence concerned is a provisional worker licence, or refuse to grant the relevant worker licence, or”.
