Some of the firms that pay high levels of corporation tax in this country also have large, long-standing operations here and employ thousands and thousands of people in the economy and those people pay income taxes as well. There is a big benefit to having them. The wrong impression is that everything coming from a multinational firm is somehow a bad thing. This is a very enviable position.
