If workers are to be involved, it must be noted that our framework for collective bargaining up to now falls way behind the rest of Europe despite all the EU directives, etc. Between the EU minimum wages directive and the negotiations we had in the high-level group with IBEC and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, there is potential for a big improvement in collective bargaining rights.
