I certainly agree that we can find concentrations and pockets of vacancy in any local authority. I also agree that perhaps the county level vacancy does not describe that. We have small area data that informs that a bit further, but we probably will need the vacancy survey to be done before we can really identify what Dublin City Council might consider to be an appropriate target.
