An Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission Annual Report 2021: Discussion

Mr. Hugh Hume:

It is a triple lock. The ombudsman has to approve it, a judicial oversight has to approve it and the Garda Commissioner has to approve it, so the Senator is correct. That is that last piece we have concerns about.
