As we have a quorum, we will begin in public session. Apologies have been received from the Cathaoirleach, Deputy McGuinness. The minutes of our meeting on Wednesday, 3 May 2023 were agreed at our earlier private meeting. In our first session today, we will meet representatives of the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council, IFAC from 1.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. to discuss the EU fiscal rules. In the second session, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., we will engage in pre-legislative scrutiny of the general scheme of the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (Amendment) Bill 2023 with representatives from the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman's office.
