There is a fear that a number of people in the timber industry or Coillte have a vested interest in driving the use of timber. The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage is probably looking at that and thinking that it is the guardian of standards and must ensure it offers the safest standards. A meeting of minds is needed and we need to think about the huge natural resource we have. Why would we export it as pulp or as woodchips for someone else to burn in a furnace? There is no reason it cannot be made into C16 for Irish-----
