I move amendment No. 11:

In page 9, between lines 33 and 34, to insert the following:

“(d) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (1), renumbered

under subsection (1), of said section 36D:

“(2) In this section, ‘United Kingdom’ means—

(a) the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland,

(b) the Channel Islands, and

(c) the Isle of Man.”.”.
