Generally speaking, when dealing with matters of HR, particularly investigations that can lead to disciplinary or other outcomes, to be fair to the person who is involved in that case, one has to be extremely careful about how one conducts investigations and what one publishes about them. At least one of the reports the Deputy referred to was an HR investigation and it would be most unusual to have such a report published. I do not know that I am aware of it ever happening.
