The SSF was for €50,000 whereas the AHF can go quite high, up ti €150,000, depending on what is involved. The council will get more funds in that respect. I am sure it will do that in the next while and it is looking to have substantial completion of the site by 2026. I can see that ambition coming forward now. I certainly see a lot more momentum on those sites. Similarly, Balbutcher is an SSF-approved site. If Dublin City Council needs to come back in with a fresh AHF application, has indicated it will do so. It has said it intends to engage with members on design in the coming weeks and wants to move that on very quickly to ensure the construction commences before the end of next year.
