I move amendment No. 11:

In page 14, between lines 29 and 30, to insert the following: “(3) The Minister may make further regulations specifying the categories of veterinary medicinal products designated “prescription only” under paragraph 1 or “prescription only exempt” under paragraph 2 of Part 1 of the Schedule, taking due regard to the required training and expertise of the dispenser as well as the complexity of medicine to be administered or dispensed.”.

I will press amendment No. 11 to a vote. If the Minister has somewhere else to go, I can hold off.
