With hindsight, would it have been better then if he had not come in and given very specific information with very specific targets, if it was known there were going to be amendments to it, and that it was a movable feast? It was carried by the Irish Farmers' Journal, the Irish Independentand Agriland. The Irish Independentwas, I think, the only newspaper to cover the story of the fact that it was withdrawn, but I do not think the Irish Farmers' Journaldid. I do not think Agrilanddid.
