We are a part of the HSE and, with our providers, service users and patients, are trying to move towards outcome discussion, rather than activity discussions. Some underlying systems are needed to bring us to that point, which is what we are trying to do. In the work of the multiple working groups around disability and other social care services under my remit, we are trying to move towards the language of outcomes.
