I welcome everybody to our public meeting this afternoon. We have not received apologies from many members. All those present in the committee room are asked to exercise personal responsibility and to protect themselves and others from the risk of contracting Covid-19. We must approve the minutes of the private and public meetings on 1 March 2023 and 2 March 2023. They have already been approved at a virtual private meeting and we we are carrying out this exercise now for procedural reasons. Is that agreed?
