The intention is that the full 1,500 will be under the tenant in situscheme. Other delivery streams will help with some of the challenges that Ms Hayes referenced. For example, the Government has approved a targeted leasing initiative of 1,000 units.

We expect 600 of those to be delivered this year and they will be very much focused on the smaller sized units that would be very appropriate for exits from homelessness, in addition to the more general housing supply.
