Our advice is given directly to the HSE and not to the Department, because we indemnify the HSE, so we would not reply directly to the Department on that. In relation to the HSE, we have said that communication issues are a problem, and by that I mean communication around care and the transfer of care. What the Deputy is talking about is part of that. Our analysis has to be rooted in what we are actually seeing in claims. We may or may not see in a claim, and in fact we probably would not see directly in a claim, an issue directly related to the lack of an electronic healthcare record.
