The board of directors, which includes the nominated directors, has influence at the very outset when we set the strategy, which we refine on the basis of how it evolves. The board also has oversight of policies. There is a strong flow of information back up as to how those policies are performing. The board also gets the outcome of internal and external reviews to give it comfort that we are abiding by the rules of the policies.
