We have a new regime that allows for significant tolerance on one side of this. I have no problem giving the easements in this offer to Northern Ireland and the unionists. The rules and regulations were too tight and did not encompass the wrong side of the scrum position, our trade with the UK historically or the vast size of it. Connectivity tightened down far too much.
