The Deputy was part of the Sláintecare committee that signed off on the report. I would refer the honourable gentleman to his earlier comment in terms of the report and its implementation. That is what needs to happen. It is a complicated package of different things. I certainly think accountability and transparency is a key starting point for that but it needs to be backed up with the measures to provide sufficient resources to expand capacity throughout the system.
