I am effectively talking off the top of my head on this. The straight answer to the Deputy's question is that we have not had a discussion on the issue. Ultimately, we are working with the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications on putting a plan in place regarding how we give grant aid and support through agencies and so on to decarbonise our building stock. The process is under way and will be concluded before the end of the year. The Deputy's question would probably be better put to the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland.
