I do not know if they can answer this but, in their experience, how long would it take to finalise a deal such as that entered into between Coillte and Gresham House? It is unbelievable that the Department knew nothing about it until the deal was done at the end of 2022. Is it believable that the Department did not know what was going on between Coillte and Gresham House?
