I move amendment No. 29:

In page 8, to delete lines 12 and 13 and substitute the following: “that is likely to incite violence or hatred against a person or a group of persons on account of their membership or presumed membership of a group defined by reference to protected characteristics, or any one of those characteristics and,”.

I will withdraw the amendment on the basis of what the Minister has said.
