I move amendment No. 69:

In page 19, to delete lines 30 to 35, and in page 20, to delete lines 1 to 8 and substitute the following: “1A. (1) An offence committed by a person is aggravated by hate for the purposes of sections 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 9A, 10A and 13A if hate is in

whole or in part the person’s motive for committing the offence concerned.”.
