There should perhaps be some consideration of the scale of enterprise. I am thinking of a small co-operative dealing in the hundreds of thousands or low millions of euro versus one that has grown successfully into a business generating multiple millions or even billions annually. There is a kind of thinking that there needs to be differentiating security depending on the scale if there are changes that might be detrimental to the process there at the moment.
