Geo-blocking can be addressed through licensing of the content on a global basis. The real issue is funding for Irish-sourced productions. This is where the content levy can really fill a gap to allow Irish productions to be developed and marketed on a global stage. An Irish portal is the shop front on which everybody globally expects to see content. That is what we need to get on and do.
