I will speak on resources first because Mr. Cussen has had his shout on the matter already. Whatever the headline in The Irish Timesmight be, I fully acknowledge the role of the Department, the Minister and these Houses in making policy. I am here engaging in a discussion about what that policy might ultimately look like, but I fully acknowledge it is a decision for the Minister. I want to still have my job when I walk out of this meeting, so I wish to make that clear.
