Yes. A population-based approach is already effectively being used in a number of our services, including this type of area. We look at the population of a particular area in looking at the 91 teams. Whenever the Deputy hears us talk about 90-odd teams, that is because we are specifically doing what she said, which is looking at population and trying to match the staffing.
