What is wrong with our system at the moment? Ms Power pointed out the lack of GPs and the graduates who are leaving the country, which incidentally cannot continue. A means has to be found to ensure that, having achieved their success in terms of graduation or qualification, their first job is in the country. We live in free times with freedom of travel, freedom of choice and so forth. However, if it means we have an inferior health service as a result of a combination of these factors, I think we have to deal with it.
