I thank the Minister. Before we move on to the second half of the social welfare programme, I remind Deputies that we have one hour and 20 minutes left in this session. They may wish to be conscious that there is another Vote to be considered. Chapter 6 is the children's programme. Do members have any questions on the children's programme?
