That is important because when looking through parliamentary questions, any of us who are asking about the electronic records instantly gets an answer that mentions the children's hospital and the newborn programmes but does not explicitly say the roll-out across the whole system is based on the performance of those things. Does Dr. Kennan have a concern around that?
