I might just give it a high level statement and then I will bring in Mr. Rogan. We absolutely understand the importance of the RTPI app. As I said, it is important that they get the information. As a user of the bus, I would 100% support that. Our staff are continuously looking at information coming from Twitter and customer complaints and examining the performance of the system against complaints.
