I support all of what colleagues have said here. Having one equitable differential rent throughout the country is something that we would all support. We understand there are political issues with introducing one in terms of winners and losers, but there should be general support on this.

With regard to voids, we have had experience this year where we have been doing allocations for cost rental properties. We have used a lottery engine to get a random selection. There are technologies available that should make allocations very smooth and straightforward. The possibilities exist and we do not understand why it cannot be introduced across the country.
