The vast bulk of our staff and HSE staff who are not currently the subject of applications have received it. I would expect that shortly it will get to the rest. For more recently agreed cohorts of staff who are outside our staff, namely, those in section 39 and section 38 organisations, it is a longer term and more complex process.
