On one point of clarification, I think part of the question the Deputy is raising relates to cases where the compensator does not engage with the Department. That is why we changed our process in 2020 to have ongoing communications because, up to then, we were kind of passively waiting whereby the compensator would notify us and it was its job to come back to us.
