I move amendment No. 32:

In page 54, between lines 11 and 12, to insert the following: “(6) Subsection (1)shall not apply to the termination or cessation of the employment of a foreign national by a public health facility pursuant to an employment permit referred to in section 25(1)(b)where a notification referred to in section 25(2)has been made to the Minister by another public health facility proposing to employ the foreign national within the period referred to in that section.
