I move amendment No. 19:

In page 41, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following: “(6) The Minister may refuse to grant an employment permit in the case of the payment of board and accommodation where the monetary value of the board and accommodation is not reflective of the market value of the board and accommodation.”.
