I mentioned earlier that the baseline review has commenced. It was delayed by Covid-19 and there was a delay with the CSO data. We expect to conclude the work on the baseline review in quarter 2 next year. That will provide the requisite clarity that many local authority members are seeking. We will be focused on that. The important issue then is that it is self-funding and is spent in the local area and local representatives can be clear on it. I am a firm believer of local government. I have always supported it.
