First, the legislation establishing the Regulator of the National Lottery is legislation that was brought forward by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, and any amendments to that would also be for the Minister. The gambling regulation authority is being brought forward by the Minister for Justice. I know about the gambling regulation authority and what it is hoped that it will do.
