That is about them understanding that because that person is not going to change and you cannot ask them to be something they are not, so it is about them being aware of differences in communication styles and being open to that and how the good and the bad are as important as each other. We have a habit of just talking about what is really going well. Even if something is not going well 10% of the time, for one of our guys, that 10% of the time when something is not going well needs to be communicated. Often the follow-up that we do is more important because as much as you can prepare for someone to go in, you cannot predict every outcome. It is about going back in, following up and addressing the little things that are popping up.
