In very general terms, I cannot count the number of people who have sat where Mr. Walsh is and said Shannon and the regional airports must be built into a new aviation policy. However, I am not sure anybody has specified what that would look like in order to deliver what people would like to see in the sense of a regional service. In fairness, all of us are looking for a regional service, but it must make sense.
