With respect, we cannot have scenes like this for the next few hours. I appreciate that healthy, strong and robust debate is important. Deputy Doherty has asked a number of questions and made a number of points. I respectfully ask him to allow the Minister to reply without interruption. I do not think anyone needs this at this stage.
