In relation to Professor Phinnemore, I said that the difficulty with Brexit is the streamlining. We all want to see that happen. The constitutional issue is in play. People vote for political parties for a pile of reasons. There are people who are having conversations now and I said that the possibility of a referendum in Scotland changes everything. Whether a British Government is willing to accept that might be a difficult situation. We are back looking at a crystal ball.
